Can I see if my items have been dispatched yet?

If you click the My Account link and login with your email address and password, you will be able to view the current status of your order. Each item in your order has its own status. This is updated when each item is dispatched.

When will my items be delivered?

Please visit the product page for the item in question. On our product pages we display the normal delivery times expected. If there is a lead time expected before dispatch, we also indicate this on the product page.

What delivery service do you use? Is a signature required?

We use signed for delivery on most items, especially those over about £20 (on our product pages we display a description of the delivery service used).

Can I obtain parcel tracking numbers?

Our system does not allow this at the moment but we are planning on offering this very soon.
