Do you ship outside of the UK?

No, not at this time.

When will an item be back in stock?

If we know the date, it will be shown on the product page at the top underneath the title. Otherwise we are unable to give out this information.

Can I pay extra for faster delivery?

In general the only delivery service we offer is the one described on the product page. This is the service that best suits the majority of our customers based on value and time trade-off but we understand this is a limitation for some people and we are looking into offering further options in the future.

I've purchased before but can't login

Is your CAPS LOCK key on? Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password then you can reset it online from the login page.

One item in my order says "acknowledged" but the others have been dispatched

As we sell a huge range of products, your items may be shipping from different warehouses. If there is an unusual lead time for the product in question we try to show it on the delivery section of the product page.
